This new website took several hundred hours to research, design and build. What you see now is only the beginning. Also... [CTU] has added the new BATTLEFIELD 3 to our play list in the Clan. SOCOM Navy Seals has been CTU's history since 2006. The new Battlefield 3 looks to be a fantastic Clan Based game for Socom Clans to include. CTU is now evaluating the New Ghost Recon Future Soldier as a Clan Based online game. We will add Ghost Recon FS to our play list if it has good Clan Support.
Explore around your new Forums! You will see the forums here are identical to the forums on the old website. Your permissions, user name and passwords should all be in place for you. Most all the old posts and history are 98% intact. You will find this new website to be much more powerful and feature rich than anything we ever had before!! And many of you that made a donation to this new website project helped to make this all possible!!
As you can see... you now have a LIVE SHOUT BOX. You can also set up PRIVATE CHATS with your selected friends that only those in the private chat can see and be part of.
YouTube live videos can now be used in your posts and Blogs. For now... the Blogs are for your Officers to communicate with the crew for news, updates and Command Orders. Look for this information in the Blogs instead of being buried deep in some Board and thread. Now you can find this information quickly.
We also have the new Home Pages... when you Click the HOME tab button, the Home Pages will contain special news, announcements and content for you and our visitors at CTU. The Home Pages are being further designed and you will see them take shape over the next few weeks. The Home Pages will be outstanding and stunning!
Then there's the new look for the Forum theme itself. The background image will be updated on a regular basis and your forums will always look new, fresh and be a great experience every time you come home to CTU.
You will need to check your "My Profile" and personal user "Settings" to make them what you want to see. You will find these Buttons at the Top Right of this Forum Page.
Look for your TAB BAR at the top of the page with your Home, Forum, Forum Members, Blogs and What's New? for quick reference to those items. Below those you can find more navigation Buttons for further information areas.
The CTU CALENDAR button can be found on the Main Forum page. Your new Calendar will be an important tool for you to know what is happening, Command Dates, Deployment Times and Clan Events.
So for now... explore and look around your new home. If you have any problems or questions... look for the FAQ button for help with just about anything you need. Of course... if you can't find something you need... ask your FORUM Officers, and we will do our best to help you.
